After hunting for weeks and weeks at different gun shops, I finally wound up at Jerry’s. I actually wasn’t going to visit there because I tried for 2 weeks to call and speak to someone about my needs. Phone was either busy or no answer at all! BUT once you get there…you will see why! They are very busy and let me just say they put the person IN FRONT OF THEM FIRST and do not put you on hold to answer calls! These guys understood what I was needing, and helped me find what was most comfortable for me! Not like these other shops that constantly wanted to throw a ‘compact’ on me just because I was female! JERRYS WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! I left with what I wanted, within my budget, what I was comfortable with, and with a smile because these guys are a mess! Everyone treats you like they’ve known you forever! No strangers walk in the door! I actually could’ve sat and just talked for a while! I’m so sorry I didn’t get the guys name who helped me so very much! But he was very knowledgeable! Excellent people! I will return!

Jerry's Sport Shop won an auction for a particularly rare Hensoldt Z-24 4x with 5.56 turrets from me last week on GunBroker. After initially confirming they would be sending payment via USPS Money Order, they suddenly stopped responding to my emails. After waiting 4 days for payment to arrive, or have my emails responded to after multiple follow ups (including a get-well message, as I thought they might've just been sick), I finally found time to call them and ask what was going on. They then accused me of being a scammer, because I had previously listed the item on eBay and tacswap (all listings were taken down as soon as a bid was placed on the auction via GunBroker). They refused to pay for the item, blocked my email, number, and GB, and were very rude to me about having just started out selling on GunBroker (I only have 3 reviews on there at this point in time, though the account has existed for well over a year). I am a one person operation, trying to start up a small business of my own. I am trying my best to make things work within my means (that happens to include listing items on multiple sites, for the most exposure possible as I do not yet have a website), and this place just doesn't care at all about the little guy. In the week that they wasted by not responding, I could've sold the scope to someone else. Instead, I was left to waste my time and money waiting on a response that would never come, because I apparently just wasn't worth treating with any respect whatsoever. I lost over $100 as a result of their actions, just in listing fees from eBay and GB alone. If they buy from you and you aren't an already well established business, just be warned, they won't care about how their actions may affect you. I had a horrible experience overall, and wasn't treated with a shred of respect throughout the entire ordeal.
